Coins[]

Game coins

Bungie game coins from Operation: Desert Storm to Destiny 2: Warmind.

Employees are given coin magnets for every game, expansion, and season that they worked on as full-time employees. As of December 2021, there have been 37 coins created. Almost all coins are for each of Bungie's games, expansions, and seasons, however, there are exceptions:

  1. Employees are given a special Bungie Crest coin their first year of employment.
  2. GNOP! is not included (which was created pre-founding and is a clone of Pong).
  3. Ports and published games for other companies aren't included: Abuse, Weekend Warrior, and Crimson: Steam Pirates.
  4. In December 2020, employees were given a special "Sword and Shield" coin that represented their "stalwart perseverance and strength of Bungie's team amidst the unprecedented times of COVID-19 with radiating light to symbolize the hope and goodwill maintained throughout."[1]
