The Destiny Player Support Team Logo

The Bungie Player Support Team provides customer service to the Bungie Community and players of the Destiny series. The team files bugs, diagnoses issues, troubleshoots root causes, collaborates with developers, advocates for players, and communicates statuses of issues.

They work in collaboration with the Community Team and are in charge of the Forum Ninjas and Forum Mentors.

Background[]

The Player Support Team was formed shortly after Destiny was released in 2014. Using BNGHelp accounts (ex. BNGHelp1, BNGHelp2, etc.), they helped players with their in-game issues and microtransaction (MTX) purchases. Help.bungie.net was also created where the team created error code articles, networking guides, MTX purchase troubleshooting, in-game live event information, and more.
